Why Scheduled Dataflow Keeps Refreshing when It's Failed?

Hello PBI community. I have a Dataflow that's scheduled to refresh 8:30 daily. It worked fine until about a week ago. Before that, it doesn't keep trying when it fails; I could receive fail report in my inbox if it fails and it would go back to normal if the gateway machine is back online the next day before 8:30. However, since last week, when the Dataflow fails, it keeps retrying about every minute after it fails and I don't receive the fail report anymore. Also, although I re-connect the machine which would make it back on schedule, it refuses to auto-refresh on the scheduled time and I have to manually kick off the job to make it back on schdule for the future. I've tried re-configure the schedule, but it still acts the same. How can I fix this? Thank you.
