Hi community,
I have a quick, hopefully question, regarding the embed of reports in a secure website.
From a lient perspective, that need to access the report, do they need also to whitelist the Tenant Id and Primary domain? I cannot find this little news on the official documentation unfortunately and hope to get an answer from you, if possible.

Hi, @zanottiluca
If there is a firewall, then yes, they need to add the tenant ID and domain to the whitelist, if not, they don't need to do so. This is a problem involving computer security, and embedding the report cannot avoid this problem.

Hi, @zanottiluca
I do not think so. A client need to access the report, they only need to have a license and view permission and sign in.
After the user has signed in, to view the embedded report, users need either a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license or the report needs to be in a workspace that's in a Power BI Premium capacity (EM or P SKU).
Only users who have view permission can see the report in Power BI.
Hope this helps.

thanks @v-angzheng-msft
currently we are delivering Power BI report using Premium workspace but some customers need to whitelist the tenant id and domain in order to see the report, I would like to simply know if embedding the report will overcome this issue or not.
Thanks

Hi, @zanottiluca
What is the operation of adding as white list mentioned above?
As far as I know, when the user has license and view permission, the user can sign in correctly to view the report without any additional operation.
