White screen when using shared link for PowerBI Dashboard

I have made a PowerBI Dashboard that is shared with the principles of multiple schools. They are added in our tennant as Guest Users, so they can access the dashboard.

Some users have come across the problem that if they use the shared link, they see a white screen (as seen in the provided image below).

Does anyone know what the users can do to make this go away?

Hi @Kevin0001 ,

Is my follow-up just to ask if the problem has been solved?

If so, can you accept the correct answer as a solution or share your solution to help other members find it faster?

Thank you very much for your cooperation!

Hi @Kevin0001

Please try the below mentioned points:

  1. Clear Cache: Clear browser cache and cookies.
  2. Incognito Mode: Try accessing the link in a private/incognito window.
  3. Check Permissions: Ensure guest users have Viewer access and dataset permissions.
  4. Use Supported Browser: Use Chrome or Edge, not older browsers.
  5. Complete Invitation: Confirm guest users accepted the tenant invitation.
  6. Verify License: Ensure users have a Power BI Pro or equivalent license.
  7. Try Another Network: Test on a different network to avoid firewall issues.
  8. Re-share Access: Revoke access and share the link again if needed.

Hi @Poojara_D12, Apologies for the late reply! It took a while to get in contact with the end user(s) who had this problem.

I've guided them with the steps provided, but unfortunately they haven't worked.
Within the organisation we did see that PowerBI might be disabled for some users in Azure, but our servicedesk is looking further into this.

Hey @Poojara_D12 ,
I will let the users know to follow these options. I will let you know if it has worked!
