I have made a PowerBI Dashboard that is shared with the principles of multiple schools. They are added in our tennant as Guest Users, so they can access the dashboard.
Some users have come across the problem that if they use the shared link, they see a white screen (as seen in the provided image below).
Does anyone know what the users can do to make this go away?
Hi @Kevin0001 ,
Is my follow-up just to ask if the problem has been solved?
If so, can you accept the correct answer as a solution or share your solution to help other members find it faster?
Thank you very much for your cooperation!

Hi @Poojara_D12, Apologies for the late reply! It took a while to get in contact with the end user(s) who had this problem.
I've guided them with the steps provided, but unfortunately they haven't worked.
Within the organisation we did see that PowerBI might be disabled for some users in Azure, but our servicedesk is looking further into this.
Hey @Poojara_D12 ,
I will let the users know to follow these options. I will let you know if it has worked!
