    Hi Avih

Licensing around Power Apps and SharePoint can definitely be tricky, especially when combined with Power BI visuals.

To clarify: even if your app is connected only to SharePoint (a standard connector), users still need a Power Apps license to run the app inside the Power BI visual. Accessing a Power App through a report doesn’t bypass licensing requirements Microsoft still checks for a valid license per user.

If you're only using standard connectors like SharePoint, users with a Power Apps for Microsoft 365 license may be covered  but this depends on how the app is built and whether it's in a custom environment. If you're using premium features or connectors, then a Power Apps per app or per user license is required.

Can you let me know what type of licenses your users currently have  happy to help figure out the best licensing fit based on your setup.
