Analyzing Power BI data in Excel requires that the dataset be in a Power BI Premium workspace (for free users) or that you have a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license.
Hi KasperJ90 Yes, for premium per user all users will require a license to view the content.
It is only with Premium Capacity where free users can view the content.
