Hello Members ,
I'm confused about whether a Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Member user needs to purchase an additional Power BI Pro license to view Power BI reports within Business Central. The Power BI report is uploaded to the company workspace.
I've gone through the documentation, but it doesn't provide a clear definition. Can anyone please shed some light on this?

If you have a premium capacity then regular report users that access the content via an app do not require a Pro license. Only report developers need a license.
Thanks for the comment.
I only have a Pro license account, not with premium capacity. The report itself is sourced from Business Central. So, in my case, may I conclude that only the report developer needs a Pro license, and the viewer (who holds a Business Central license) is not needed?

Hello @New_hello188 ,
the business central license is not related to power bi content, so in order for a user to view power bi reports they should have a power bi pro license.

I am confused by this table found on the Microsoft site along with the statement "With Business Central, users get a free Power BI license that provides access to the most features in BC and Power BI."
The features shown in the tables include viewing reports, and I am confused about whether a Business Central user needs a Power BI license to view embedded Power BI reports (where the data source is from Business Central).
