Which IP addresses Power BI reports uses while refreshing the report
How can we determine which IP addresses Power BI reports uses while refreshing the report connected to an Azure SQL Server, so that we can whitelist those specific IP addresses at the SQL Server level?

you can try this method
Microsoft provides a JSON file listing the IP ranges for
different services and regions, including Power BI.
This file is updated weekly and can be accessed from the Microsoft documentation.
Download the latest JSON file from the following URL
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=56519
Extract and filter the JSON file to get the IP ranges specific to your
region and service and Add the IP addresses obtained from the JSON file to the firewall rules.
