Where to find the comments tutorial in Power BI service and mobile apps

Good day, I need to refer users to the comments tutorial in the Service and on Mobile Apps.  However, the comments tutorial disappears after being accessed for the first time.  Is there a way to call it up again?

If not, is there another basic video tutorial I can refer them to?
