    v-prasare i had a chat with the support team and they confirmed me that this is a known issue and appernetly many users are facing it. hopefully they will release a fix in the next update which is likely to be on next month.

    v-prasare thanks for the followup. I have raised a ticket but havent receive any feedback from the support. not sure i they received my message. just to be doble check i will have send it again
