Hi
Where can I see a list of users who has access to a dashboard and also remove them/edit their 'can share with other users' setting?
Thanks
Bernard
Solved! Go to Solution.
@bernardoflynn Go to power bi service, click on Share for the dashboard you want to see who has access to and under Access tab you can see everyone you've shared it with.
Thanks for both answers.
The issue was that even as an Admin on the PowerBI account, I don't see these tabs because the dashboard was uploaded by another user.
So now we've had to create a generic powerBI login, just to centrally manage who has access to what dashboard and to ensure that if someone is on holiday/sick/leaves the company, we can still control access.
Seems like a huge flaw in the design MS??
Hi @bernardoflynn,
Adding to other post, select the ellipsis(…) next to Can view and select Disable reshares to remove their 'can share with other users' setting.
