Where do Bug Reports go?

Desktop has send a frown but Service does not and the support forum seems more about feature requests so where is the most appropriate blace for bug reports?

(fyi - the axis title switch in the service are toggling the wrong axis. e.g. y-axis switch is toggling the x-axis title)

Please do NOT file or report bugs in the community forum.  The bugs are very important to track - and there is no definitive way to track them in the forum.  The proper place is indeed on the support.powerbi.com site - and go to the 'Contact Support' on the bottom right of the screen.

There is a feeback icon on the right hand top corner of the screen when you at in http://app.powerbi.com

When you click on it, the next step will ask you how likely you are to recommend Power BI.  Uou can click on any option there and then you will get a screen where you can describe your issue and take a snapshot of your screen or attach an image.

Once you submit the bug/issue that way, the support team is very good with getting back to you within a day or so.

Well, I just used the smiley in the web page to report a bug and then got this email:

Hi,

Power BI has moved to a new support ticketing system to provide you with better self-help options and tracking.

You will need to resubmit your issue through the new ticket system available at https://support.powerbi.com.

Thank you,

The Power BI Team

But on that site I can't see anywhere to log bugs, so I 'll file them in the forum

September 2018:

When i follow your link, i arrive at a page that lists accepted bugs. But where can i file a bug report?

Hi All,

Is there an update where to report Power BI or Fabric bugs in 2023?

Please post the link if you have it.

Thank you!

Why not make this part of the app experience under the feedback? Seems like it'd be trivial to include a link straight to the support ticket area, pre-populated with my PowerBI.com account info.

Also, how are we supposed to see other people's Bug reports a la Microsoft Connect?

I've been seeing them posted in their corresponding forum, so I'm guessing yours should go in "Service".
