Where did the Create a new workspace button go?

All the Microsoft documentation says to click the "new workspace' button to create a workspace but that button DOES NOT EXIST!!!     Filtering results by last month still returns outdated document...

    No, that is not the issue.

     

    The button has just moved to a different spot and requires different navigation than Microsoft is publishing. From the service, click the 'Workspaces' button. below the search bar and list of workspaces is the '+ new workspace' button.

This a functionnality that's need to be enabled by the Admin Tenant of Power BI.

Check with the Admin of the tenant
