When will we get Copilot in UK Data Centres?

Is there an intent to roll out 'Copilot' functionality to UK data centres in order to address potential GDPR concearns about the ongoing cross border movement of PBI data? I have a PPU license and a Copilot Pro subscription but can't benefit from any of the Copilot functionality in Power BI as our Public Sector data would need to be passed to, and processed in, the US or France outside of our current legislative working practices.

This is a real issue, especially for us in the UK Public Sector as this really curtails our adoption and use.
