When we change PBIX from SQL SERVER 2008 to SQL SERVER 2016
When we change PBIX from SQL SERVER 2008 to SQL SERVER 2016 (new server) we get this error:
Microsoft SQL: An error occurred in the Microsoft .NET Framework while trying to load assembly id 65540. The server may be running out of resources, or the assembly may not be trusted with PERMISSION_SET = EXTERNAL_ACCESS or UNSAFE.

Anonymous - Hard to say, looks permissions related. You could check the Issues forum here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
