Help! Each time I try to subscribe, it saves sucessfully, however when I go to run it, nothing is sent. No error messages or anything! It says it will email.
I have upgraded my account, I have checked the gateway, I have the email address cleared - I a out of ideas!! please help!

If you aren't receiving subscription emails, check these factors:
If the above method cannot resolve it, please provide more information.
Which license do you have?
Do you want to subscribe for people in the organization or people outside the organization?
Do you enable email subscriptions for all members of the organization?
Can you see the subscriptions you have created under the subscription list in the workspace?
You can also use the Power BI audit log to track the status of subscription emails. Track user activities in Power BI
If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.

Hi! I'm having the exact same problem right now. My primary user does not have a primary email, so I expected to receive my reports on my alternate gmail address. Unfortunately, I don't. Am I doing something wrong? (Mine is a Power BI Pro account.)
P.S: Last time I got this to work (and deliver to my alternate email address) I had had to contact support and I can only guess they had manually added an exception for me, because I can't do the same by myself now.
