Hi Stephnane - the comment that your On-Premise Data Gateway is not on the same Domain worries me. You need to understand that in the Data Connection configuration panel you are entering your Domain Username and Password to access a specifc drive in the domain network. But you want the On-Premise Data Gateway to have direct or local access to the file. This would mean that On-premise Data Gateway needs different credentials and possibly different file path to the original publisher. This will explain your error message that credential are incorrect.
