What is the difference between fabric and regular?

I noticed 2 different environments, contents of which are identical (reports, dashboards, etc.): 

 

https://app.fabric.microsoft.com/...

https://app.powerbi.com/...

 

Can anyone tell me what is the difference? Can I just use the fabric one?

    Hi QC ,

     

    They are the same thing - assuming you are signing in with the same userid.  This is the rebranding of Power BI to Fabric.  I suspect both links will work for a long time going forward but the "official" one is going to have Fabric in it.

      I happened to find at least 1 difference:

      • you can't embbed Fabric PBI report onto SharePoint as in regular app, it gives an error the report doesn't exist, switching to regular app, no such issue

       

      I am not sure if this is overlooked by MS, or a matter of timing. I hope it gets solved soon.
