Why do I see the "Contact" instead of "Report Owner" in the top-center section on app.powerbi.com(Power BI service) ?

Based on my test, I think there is no specific relationship between report owner and Contact.
In power bi service, you can set Contact for each report individually in report settings:
As for Report owner, any person who have access to this dataset is the owner of report:
