What is contact list notifying?
PBI experts,
With the new workspace experience, the contact lists to notify people about issues in the workspace is now available.
Would anybody know what kind of issues that occur in the workspace can be detected and notified?

Do you mean the subscription email? If it it, you'll receive an email and snapshot of the dashboard or report on the schedule you set. All subscriptions that have the frequency set to After data refresh will only send an email after the first scheduled refresh on that day.

The page states "The new workspace contact list allows you to specify which users receive notification about issues occurring in the workspace". I wanted to know what type of issues it can detect in a workspace.

For example, if some members who have modified the content in the workspace, the users in contact list will receive the notification.
