What Plan to get

Hi, so I am apart of a small company 100 people or so and I recently am pushing to move our inventory catalog report/dashboard into power bi. I built the report using a 60 day power bi pro free trial; however, now that is coming to an end and we will soon be pushing this out to our users. I've packaged this report into an app and I've tried sharing it out with just a few users, but everytime they try and open it, they also must sign up for a free 60 day pro trial before the visuals and everything else works. 

What is the best plan for this scenario? And what is the best way to share this out to users? Ideally I dont really want to give them a lot of control, they should really just be using the buttons in the report and nothing else.
