What I don't have the 'download' option to download a file?

I'm a pro account user and for some reason the option to download  the file is not available... 

I have access to editing and the report was created after 2016.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi @chubbyhand ,

Please contact Power BI Admin in your organization. If your administrator has turned off the ability to download data, this feature won't be visible in the Power BI service.

Do you have edit and save permission for the report? If not, you will not be able to download it.

Also, were you able to download the report earlier? What role do you have in the workspace-Viewer or Admin or Contributor or Member?
