Weird scrollbars in PBI Service
Table scrollbars are behaving strange way when report is uploaded to Power BI Service.
Everything is still fine at PBI Desktop. This is happening at least with Firefox 63.0.1, haven't tested yet with other browser.s
Okay, tested this with Chrome and Edge and with both reports displayed as they should.

There is not a solution yet.
Thre is a open ticket in mozzilla in order to solve this.

16 nov 2018 - this issue is still not fixed.
Help Microsoft - our organisation is getting the same weird scroll bars in our reports as well.
All looks fine in the PBI Desktop but the PBI Service for some reason adds all kinds of different scroll bars. Something is going wrong with the table visualisation.
Using Firefox Quantum 63.0.1 (64 Bit).
Most of our international organisation uses Firefox and so we're heavily dependant on this issue to be fixed asap in order to use Power BI to convey BI information across the organisations.
