Weird Icon Appeared After Exit From Focus Mode

Hi Guys,

 

I have a weird scenario in Power BI Service.

After I perform action "Exit from Focus Mode" in Bullet Chart as snapshot below:

My clustered column chart changed to weird icon, please refer to snapshot below:

Clustered column chart (After):

 

FYI, I have tested in Power BI Desktop and there is no similar issue occured.

 

Kindly advise on this matter, greatly appreciate your assistance.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Please resize the tiles and try again to check if it works. If it doesn't help, please share some details with us.

    • How many tiles in your dashboard?
    • Can you reproduce the issue when you publish that test pbix file to Service? If you can, please share the file with us then we can test it and solve it quickly. If no, please share the steps what you did or the other screenshots.

      Hi Xue Ding v-xuding-msft 

       

      I tried to enlarge 1 column chart it working fine, but when I enlarge all 11 column chart which lead to resize the width of dashboard page and the same issue reoccured in Power BI service.
      Thus, I tried another way which only enlarge the column chart and rearrange the sequence of the charts. Yet the issue is still the same.

       

      In this sample case, I have 1 Bullet Chart by OKVIZ and 11 clustered column charts.

      Additional information

      • original page size is Width = 1678, Height = 800
      • enlarged page size is Width = 3000, Height = 1600
      • clustered column charts original size is Width = 110, Height = 62
      • enlarged clustered column charts size is Width = 210, Height = 200.
      • I view in Report of the Workspace.

       

      Yes I am able to reproduce the issue.

      Action I did to reproduce the issue is click on the focus mode in Bullet Chart then exit, the clustered column chart will changed to icon.
