Web.contents Failed to get Contents error on Bing Map Rest API

Hi,

I am getting the following error while trying to get Lat, Lon from Bing Map. It works for less than 2000 records but when I tried for all records (8000 to 10000), it threw this error halfway through. I checked the rest query and it worked fine on the browser.

I tried with dataflow initially and then tried with desktop power query. Both times it gave me the same error.

I removed the suburb, postcode and API key due to privacy.

Error: Web.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://dev.virtualearth.net/REST/v1/Locations?countryRegion=AU&adminDistrict=state&locality=suburb&postalCode=0000&addressLine=6%20Withers%20Circuit&key=mykey&maxResults=1' (500): Internal Server Error Request ID: c31feb5c-9611-a4bc-b9c9-d647d9bb62b8 Activity ID: 229e1f36-5735-4a75-be4c-0ba19efe8cf6

At different times it stops at different addresses. 

Is there any limitation on Power BI on how many web queries we can request per time? or Bing Map API?

Does anyone know where this error throws?
