Web app load time using internal IIS server taking too long

Good Day,

I am requesting some assistance with a web app I have created and deployed to my internal IIS server.  The web app has a powerbi embedded report included with no custom controls.  When the web app is accessed it takes about 25 seconds to load. 

I am grateful for any assistance with regards to what I can do to reduce the load time.  Note also that using power bi desktop the report took about 5 seconds to load and it is populated using a direct query to my in-house sql server.  For the power bi service I use the on premises data gateway to connect to the sql server.
