We're having trouble loading usage metrics right now.

Hi,
 
we are using PowerBI Pro Trial version. We wanted to try Usage Metrics Report but we receive an error:

    fammco,

    I am not able to reproduce your issue. Does the above issue occur in all dashboards/reports or a specific dashboard/report? Please use fiddler to monitor what happened in the background, and post fiddler trace log here.

      Thank you for your reply. Today I was able to load metrics from Workspaces/Reports but I still get an error message if I want to load metrics for a specific Workspaces/Dashboard. 

       

      I am sending printscreen where I am getting this error.
