A few users in my organization are getting the following error message when trying to see a report in power bi service:

Our users started to get this when accessing artifacts on another tenant. Looks like there is a new setting introduced "Allow Azure Active Directory guest users to access Microsoft Fabric" in Tenant settings and disabled by default. Enabling it in the destination tenant solves the issue.
