We couldn't load that image
I have multiple dashboards in Power BI online and they all have tiles pinned from an excel workbook which is saved on one drive business. Every now and then, some of the tiles would show an error code: "We couldn't load that image". This issue is intermittent and it happened to one of the tile in of my dahsboard some days ago and now it happened again to 2 tiles in other dashboard. These occurences are completely random. For example, if I have pinned 4 charts on my Power BI dashboard from the same excel workbook, then one or two tiles on the dashboard would show these error codes after a random amount of time (usually ranging between 1-3 days). Any help regarding this issue would be appreciated!

Is there anything specific on your excel worksheet? If you direct get data from local excel file, did this issue appears?
BTW, you can try to use fiddler to trace loading processing to confirm which requests has been blocked.Regards,

Local version of excel file shows similar errror occurences. I am trying to pin some bar charts from my excel workbook as tiles on my Power BI dashboard. There are multiple other bar charts from the same excel workbook which are showing up correctly as tiles on my Power BI dashboard. I ran the traces with Fiddler and those two tiles which showed error came up as red lines on the Fiddler traffic capture log. How should I decipher these fiddler logs to understand what went wrong with those tiles?

You can open a support ticket with trace logs, power bi team will show you the causing of that issues.
