Hi. Guessing you have a fabric free license for the specific user, then I would assume you are working in "My workspaces" and you have imported a report with a semantic model. Depending on the data sources a shceduled refresh could be disabled if something is odd. Can you tell us about which data sources are you using and how you are connecting? Is there something else you would add to what I was assuming?
