Waterfall Chart - collecting delta values from row

Hello

 

I'm not sure how to create waterfall chart, collecting delta values from row, filtering data in accordance with Machine number and month slicers selection.

 

 So, I have to collect names for each DELTA as the names of appropriate columns, and collect and store in second column appropriate values for selected rows (according to slicers for machine and month). This waterfall chart will be used for OEE analysis.

      Sorry for little bit confused question, but in the moment of writing this, because of some strange reason it wasn't possible for me to put any screenshot or link towards sample data... I hope that now I'll have more luck

       

      Sample data and form appearance are HERE in excel format.

       

      I want to create waterfall chart as I done in excel, using slicers for machine and month. All necessary information are given in one raw of sheet "OEE-2018".
