Warning emails for crossing threshold

Hello,

 

I know there is a description on the pbi website about this topic. Since the momentary solution might not be enough I want to search for alternatives. 

If for example a measure reach a threshold I want that several responsible persons get an email. Like an watchdog function. The dashboard function unfortunately is only availabe for the main creator himself and it totally miss the the importance of a "warning".

 

Do you guys know any other method to combine warning information with a measure threshold?

    Hi Applicable88 ,

     

    Please try to integrate Power BI data alerts with Power Automate. 

     

    • Sign in to Power Automate (flow.microsoft.com).
    • Select Template, search for Send an e-mail to any audience when a Power BI data alert is triggered.

         

         

     

    • In the Alert ID box, select a Power BI data alert. Enter one or more valid email addresses.

        

     

    Refer to: Integrate Power BI data alerts with Power Automate 

     

    If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.

      v-kkf-msft thank you very much. I will try this out. Seems to be a good workaround to send the alerts to others via Power Automate.
