Good to hear that you’ve already opened a support ticket. The detail about Excel working while Oracle and Snowflake fail is definitely helpful for the investigation.
Just to add - there was a known issue with the Snowflake connector when using Implementation="2.0". The suggested workaround at the time was to remove the Implementation="2.0" parameter so the connector would revert to the default 1.0 implementation. This issue is not recent and may already be resolved, but if you still see the parameter in your query, it’s worth testing the rollback to rule it out.
Please do share back what support comes up with, as it could help others facing similar scenarios.

thanks for the suggestion. I've already been using Implementation 1.0 as it would block for 3-4 hours the loading process into the semantic model from Power Query preview, so my connection string is using already 1.0. Problem appears to be something related with networking, that is specifically emerging for GEN2 flows and not for datamarts or standard semantic model update.
