Wants to add Count Down Timer in Report

Hello All,

I have one report for all property data, I wants to add one countdown timer for that.

My Requiremnets:

While I click on any property, the clock should be reset. For example, if I am on property "10021 Westlake Dr" at that time my count down clok is working like "3:00, 3:59, 3:58, ....up to 0:00" mean while if I am click on other property like "1025 Eldorado Blvd" So at this moments clock shound be reset to "3:00"

So basic concept is need to reset count down clock based on property click.

Note: I have created count Down clock in Power apps.

How do I integrate that app with PowerBi so that whenever I click on a property, it is reset or reloaded?
