Visuals randomly gone on Report in Power BI Service App

Hi, I have incountered an issue which I have never seen before.

For some reason multiple users experience occasionally missing visuals on a report that is part of a app in Power BI Service. It started last week eventhought the reports is used for a couple of years and nothing has been changed recently.

It never happens in the report on the workspace or in Power BI desktop.

When it occurs very often it is resolved by closing the internet browser en restarting it but I do not understand why this happens and what is causing this. Has anyone experienced this issue and know's what is causing this and has a solution?

First screenprint is where the visuals (2 matrix) are gone and second screenprint is the report after restart where visuals are showing again.

Hi @SnoekL

Could you check and see if there is a proxy server in your organization which is caching the data?

You could also try the PBI report with a different internet connection and see if that works?

And finally make sure you are using the latest version of Edge/Chrome/Safari/Mozilla?
