Visuals not refreshing in PowerBI app

In PowerBI Desktop i have created a report and puplished to a workspace and thereafter to PowerBI App. My datasource is a DirectQuery from an Analysis Server. In the report i have activated the "Page resfresh" but it does not refresh automatically when it is published? I have also activated the "Scheduled refresh" in PowerBI service for the dataset. 
The data will only update when i press the update button.

 

Anyone knows what to do?

    Hey Anonymous ,

     

    I assume you have read this document

    Automatic page refresh in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

    by now more than once and checked each setting.

    As Azure Analysis is listed as a supported data source for automatic page refresh, you might consider to raise an issue here: Issues - Microsoft Power BI Community or open a support ticket.

     

    Please be aware, that document also contains a table with restrictions, automatic page refresh is not supported for Power BI datasets using the direct query connection type, whereas the connection type live connection does support automatic page refresh.

     

    Maybe this restriction also applies to Azure Analysis Services data source using the direct query connection type instead of the live connection connection type. 

     

    Hopefully, this provides some ideas on how to tackle your challenge.
