Hi guys, can I pick up your brain please.
I have a challenge with connection to Dynamics 365 (direct query for OptionSet table).
When I connect and build report from home (in PowerBI App), it works with no issue. However when I publish it to the tenant, all visuals which includes driect query table have error. All the rest is ok.
Error:
"Couldn't retrieve the data for this visual. Please try again later.

Hi @Anonymous ,
Power BI doesn't import data over connections that operate in DirectQuery mode. Instead, the dataset returns results from the underlying data source whenever a report or dashboard queries the dataset. So if your data source can't connect to gateway, you will get the error message.
Please make sure Gateway works fine whether you are at home or at the office. Maybe your gateway works fine when you are at home, but offline or not reachable when you are at the office.

Thank you for coming back to me.
Apologise if it is quite obivious, but will it also work for CRM Dynamics 365 cloud base?
