Visuals not display correctly in app service

Line values not aligned with Y Axis when publishing to App Service

This issue recently happened in past few days.. was not present before. No changes have been made to the PBIX file.

Hi @Anonymous ,

You can check the "Start" and "End" under visual Format -> Y axis both on Desktop and Service which you can custom and see if they are different.

Thanks Jay, 

I have tried this out, and the issue is still present when in the app service. 

I have raised a ticket with MS instead, and will post the solution here for future reference,

After various testing with Microsoft, the solution was to press the "revert to default" link on the Y axis. 

Also, important to set "show secondary" to On, and then "Off" to explicitly set it to off.
