Hi Community,
I'm using a Google Sheets as a dataset for my report. This dataset increases weekly in the Power Query I allowed enable load and include in report refresh. I scheduled an automated refresh of the data and its successful. The only problem is that I found that the visuals for the new week were not completed refresh just some of them. Here pictures of the report for your ilustration.

As you can see, the visuals were not updated for Impressions, Quality score (current metric) and Neutral to Positive (current metric).
I tried to refresh the browser, publish the report again and nothing seemed to work until I manually clicked refresh visuals button and it worked. I work with clients and I do not want to confuse them. Is there any better way to refresh data and visual together in an automated way?
Thank you
Hi @katya_rb
What happens by default is that it caches the data for the last time you used the report.
If a user logs in for the first time on that day there should be no cache so it should show the latest values.
Also as soon as a user interacts with the reports it will re-query from the source and should show the values as expected.
