Visuals change colors when published to web

My charts are changing colors when publishing from the desktop to the web app. This was working correctly before, but as of this week it converted my colors from teal/grey to red/yellow. Any way to f...

Hi KWelsh8144,

 

I didn't encounter this problem on my side. Please provide more information about your scenario, what chart visual did you use?  Whose color were you  referring to? Could you show us the screenshots on desktop and service?

 

Have you tried using a different browser to sign in service?

    Hi, v-yulgu-msft yes i've tried different browsers. I tried changing the colors from the default to something else as well. I'm using the clustered column and line charts.

      Hi KWelsh8144,

       

      Based on my research, it looks like an existing problem, but occasionally occurred to some users. Report colors changing when published Maybe, you could update desktop to the latest release for a test.

       

      Besides, you could try the workaround mentioned here to see if it works.

        Your workaround is of no use if we aren't allowed to access it. Keep getting an access denied
