Visuals Disappear from Published Power BI Service Report after Page is Refreshed few Times

Hi community, 

 

I have an issue - after publishing a report on the Service it works fine (same as in Desktop), but after a couple of refreshes of the page (or just after a couple of hours) is stops displaying some of the visuals. 

 

Then when I uncheck the default date filter - it shows total data. But when I check last 2 years (the dataset contains only last year) - the visuals disappear again. 

 

Looks like some weird bug - can anybody help? 

*other reports in the same workplace work just fine.

    Hi denis_p ,

    I cannot reproduce your issue.

    Could you please provide more details? Does the visual object report an error or appear blank after refreshing?  What is the visual? The custom visuals? After you download the pbix file, open and refresh on the desktop, will a similar error happen?

     

    Could you please a screenshot with the error?

     

    I have also found a similar post, please refer to it to see if it helps you.

    • check  relationships you created to other tables and with unmatched records
