After testing, we clicked on Visualze the list to get a normal new browser tab with an auto-generated report.
You can clear your browser's cache and reload.

Clearning browser cache did nothing.
I have tried in-cognito mode as well with no effect.
Still at a loss as to why Windows 10 machine works but not Windows 11 machine.
