Visualizations not working when dashboard is published

When i publish my dashboard visualizations are gone. That thing in red says that my data source credentials are missing

I go to my data source configuration and i get this message

I try to connect with my credentials and i get this message

SOLUTION = DBA told me we have different database accounts: one is to make dashboards and the other is used to publish dashboards

Hi @Anonymous 

 

I would chat to your DBA who looks after your Redshift source as it appears something has changed or it is no longer available.

Hi, i did it at the same time that i'm looking at my dashboard and the data is there, the issue appears when i publish it
