Visualizations broken everyday morning with data source error. asking to check gateway

Hi one of my Visualiztions is broken the first time I open it everyday. 

The error says that there is a ata source error and that I need to contact the gateway administrator.

I Grant select on the tables in the source and then the visuzlizations again work. 

Can some body tell me what is the fix to never again encounter this issue

    Hi kaushik0403,

     

    1. Did you use an account that has enough permissions?

    2. What's the source?

    3. What's the data gateway? On-premises or On-premises (personal mode)?

    4. Can you share the full error message?

      Dale, 

      Answering your questions, Its my colleague that's having this issue and I have not yet seen his PowerBI access or the permissions he has got. As a matter of fact, I myself dont have access yet.  The data source is SSAS. and the error says

      "There was a data source access error. Please contact the gateway administrator" 

      After he sees this error he goes and performs Grant Selects on the source and then the report works fine. Has anyone ever encountered something like this before?

      Seems like the Data Gateway is On-Premises
