Visualization Filters and Field Panes missing on Dashboards

Hello,

i am unable to find the single most useful feture on dashboards.

i used Q&A to generate custom visuals in dashboards and then use filters and field panes to customize the visual and then *PIN* to the dashboard.

where is that option now?

why is it turned off?

is it off temporarily? or permanent? alternate options?

please reply asap.
