Hello everyone,
I am using the PureViz visual in my desktop. This visual is not visible in the online service. I published the report in my own workspace, and I have a pro license. Do I have to change some settings or do I need a other kind of license to be able to see this visual?

Hi @v-huijiey-msft ,
Thanks for your extensive reply :). My Power BI version was not updated, so I updated it to the latest version. However, the visual wasn't there still. Since I am using the browser Brave, I figured that could maybe the issue. I openened it in Chrome, and the visual was there! So it was a matter of using another browser instead of updating version of Power BI.

Hi @Anonymous ,
I did the following test to better help you out:
I got PureViz visual in More Visual Objects in Power BI Desktop and publishes the example file it provides into Service.
My License type in Service and License mode in Workspace are both Pro.
However, I can display visual objects normally and do not get the same error as you.
My version of Power BI Desktop is 2.128.952.0 64-bit (April 2024) and Service version is 13.0.23120.60.
Please refresh Power BI Service after checking or updating the version of Power BI Desktop. refresh may be delayed, you can wait for a while.
Some Power BI environments do not support license management or enforcement for custom visual objects. Ensure that your usage scenario is supported. For more details see:
