Visual not showing up in PowerBI Apps

Hi! This is my first time posting in the community forums. 

I have set up PowerBI gateway to provide the data source for the dashboard. I can view all the visuals in the dashboard after publishing the dashboard apps but users who are added as audience could not view the visuals at all. 

I tried to connect the data source using excel file, this time, users who are added as audience are able to view the visuals. I don't know if I've done anything wrong when trying to connect the data source through the PowerBI gateway, causing the users fail to see the visual. 

It would be great if someone can help.
