FredTheFrog , Try doing a check for the gateway and see how the newtork health is for the server. Also that is the data volume?

Advocate IGateway health is extremely good and very reliable. Data volume is only hundreds of data rows, nothing large at all. I worked around the issue by placing a Slicer atop the screen. It's actually more intuitive than clicking on the lines in a table visual, so I personally like it. Whether or not the boss accepts it is anyone's guess.
