Hi All,
I am occasionally getting an error of visual has exceeded the avilable resources for a Table visual in a report in Non-Premium workspace but not getting the error for same report in Premium workspace.
Do we have an explanation for the same, like what are the differences between Premium and Non-premium workspace for Table visual rendering limits.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Hi @supriyapandey19,
The error message you are seeing typically occurs when the amount of data being displayed in a visual exceeds the resources available for rendering the visual. In Power BI, there are some differences in the resources available between Premium and Non-premium workspaces that could explain why you are seeing this error in one workspace but not the other.
Premium workspaces offer more resources, including more CPU power and memory, which can help with rendering larger visuals. This can allow larger tables or other visuals to be rendered without running into resource limitations. Additionally, Premium workspaces offer the ability to allocate more resources to specific visuals or reports, which can further improve performance.
In contrast, Non-premium workspaces have more limited resources available for rendering visuals. This means that you may need to take steps to optimize your reports and visuals to ensure they don't exceed the available resources. For example, you can consider reducing the amount of data displayed in the visual or splitting the report into multiple pages to reduce the amount of data being displayed at once.
In general, if you are consistently running into resource limitations in a Non-premium workspace, you may want to consider upgrading to a Premium workspace to take advantage of the additional resources and features.

Isaac Chavarria
