Visual export fail online but works in Desktop app

Hello,

I am having some troubles with PDF export of my report, on the visual Advance Card. (https://github.com/bhavesh-jadav/Advance-Card)

When I export from online service the visual get replaced by a message stating that "This visual does not support export function". When I export using Powerbi Desktop it works properly.

How can I fix this ?

Hi @Anonymous ,

As the online document, Custom visuals that have been certified are supported. For more information on certified custom visuals, including how to get a custom visual certified, see getting a custom visual certified. Custom visuals that have not been certified are not supported. In the PDF, they'll display with an error message.
