Visual doesn't correspond to the raw data.

Hi experts,

Have everyone face this issue before that the visual in power bi report at first, it show the correct data.

for example,

at first on the table has 2 rows -> ok it shows 2 rows,

then adding 2 new rows -> expectation: show 4 rows, but in the visual it shows blank or just 3 rows something like this.

and there is no error at all when I refresh the data.

So, I'm not sure why this happen and how can we fix this. It seems like an annoy issue.

Have anyone facing this issue before, how do you fix it?

noted: my datasource are located in the Sharepoint list and excel file that stored in the sharepoint document.

I'm can't provide the sample of PBI file, due to the confidential data inside. I can provide only the pictures

This is the incorrect result. Assume that I filter only the employee team which is team : A , it should show 4 columns.

But the visual show only 2 columns as the picture below.

which it should show 4 column like this.

mmc__1-1675644417250.png

so I workaround by copy all visual including the slicers to another page (new page) it works like the second picture.

How can I prevent this happen?

Hi @mmc_ ,

I think we will need more details- could you provide a sample .pbix file?
